This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Roblox, Sony, Walmart, or any other third-party brand referenced in the prize package. By participating, entrants release these platforms and companies from any responsibility related to the Sweepstakes. 

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION 

The FruitBlox "Ultimate Grow a Garden Party" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on June 22, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). 

One (1) eligible winner will be selected from all eligible entries received across both Instagram and TikTok during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries submitted on Instagram and TikTok will be combined into a single pool for winner selection. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

ELIGIBILITY 

The Sweepstakes is open only to: 

• Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia
• Individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry
• Individuals with a valid U.S. residential shipping address capable of receiving the prize 

The following individuals are not eligible: 

• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor 

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

To claim the prize, the selected winner must provide a valid residential shipping address located within the United States. P.O. Boxes may be rejected at Sponsor's discretion. 

If a selected winner is unable to provide a valid U.S. shipping address, is determined not to be a legal U.S. resident, or otherwise fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules, that individual will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected through a subsequent random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. 

HOW TO ENTER

Purchasing FruitBlox products will not improve a participant's chances of winning. 

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by: 

• Following @bloxsnacks on TikTok and/or Instagram
• Liking the official Sweepstakes post
• Commenting on the Sweepstakes post and tagging two (2) friends they would invite to the party 

Each qualifying comment constitutes one (1) entry. 

Entrants may participate through Instagram, TikTok, or both platforms. All eligible entries received through Instagram and TikTok will be combined into a single entry pool. One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received across both platforms. 

Additional Entries 

• Entrants may submit multiple entries by posting additional comments during the Sweepstakes Period.
• Each additional comment must tag two (2) different individuals not previously tagged by that entrant in any prior entry.
• Duplicate tags previously used by the same entrant will not count as additional entries. 

Tagging Requirements 

• Tagged accounts must belong to real individuals.
• Tagged accounts may not be celebrities, influencers, public figures, brands, businesses, organizations, promotional accounts, bot accounts, or otherwise publicly recognized accounts. 
• Sponsor reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any tagged account satisfies these requirements.
• Entries containing fraudulent, misleading, automated, or prohibited tags may be disqualified. 

Entry Restrictions 

• Unlimited eligible entries are permitted, provided all entry requirements are met.
• Use of multiple social media accounts, automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other method intended to artificially increase entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
• Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and validity of all entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize component with a comparable item of equal or greater value if the specified item becomes unavailable for any reason. 

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. 

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION 

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received across Instagram and TikTok during the Sweepstakes Period. 

Drawing Date: 

July 7, 2026 

The potential winner will be contacted via direct message through Instagram or TikTok. 

The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

Prior to prize fulfillment, Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide proof of identity, age, residency, and a valid U.S. shipping address. Failure to provide requested verification within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

If a selected winner cannot provide a valid U.S. residential shipping address, is not a legal resident of the United States, or otherwise fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements, Sponsor may disqualify that individual and conduct a new random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. 

Sponsor may require verification of eligibility prior to awarding the prize. 

ODDS OF WINNING 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across both Instagram and TikTok during the Sweepstakes Period. 

PUBLICITY RELEASE 

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, social media handle, likeness, photograph, video, statements, and prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed without additional compensation or notice. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS 

Sponsor reserves the right to: 

• Verify eligibility of entrants 
• Disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules 
• Disqualify entries suspected of fraud, tampering, abuse, misconduct, or attempts to circumvent the entry limitations described herein 
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes 

Sponsor's decisions regarding all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability arising out of: 

• Participation in the Sweepstakes 
• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize 
• Technical failures or interruptions 
• Unauthorized intervention in the Sweepstakes 
• Human, mechanical, or electronic errors related to the administration of the Sweepstakes 

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, unavailable, or delayed entries, comments, messages, notifications, or communications. 

GOVERNING LAW 

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT 

Following verification of eligibility and acceptance of the prize, the winner may be announced on Sponsor's social media channels, including @bloxsnacks. Sponsor reserves the right to use the winner's first name, social media handle, city, and/or state for promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and the winner's privacy rights.
